If you decide to book a set of lessons, we are agreeing that our lesson times are exclusively for you...

• If you are ill or away, I will offer a catch-up lesson at the end of term; no refunds can be given
• If I have to cancel, I will offer replacement lessons at the end of term or next term - you won't lose out
